I ALWAYS send those types of e-mails to
Spoof@PayPal.com., because most of them are coming from someone phishing for your personal info.
They'll check it out, and let you know if it is legit or not.
Same goes for those E-Bay e-mails.
Send them to
Spoof@Ebay.com, and let them verify that it is actually coming form them, and not some PHISHING CREEP!
