Sad to see that 3DCart is deleting negative posts

About an hour ago I posted a thread describing the negative experience I have had so far with respect to 3DC custom programming work. That thread has since been deleted.
One of the reasons I went with 3DC in the first place was that the forums seemed to be full of happy users and there was no sign of censorship on the part of the admins.

The post was not deleted but its being moderated because you've asked for our help, and before we could give it, you are posting something very negative without a chance for us to respond.

I tell you what, if we fail to answer your complaint, on the scheduled call we have tomorrow, I will have the moderator unblock it.
