Bulk uploads/ftp/email

Hi, I just signed up and have started working on my site but the bull upload would not load more than like 20 images at a time. Has anyone had any issues with that? Also, anyone know if there are any issues with accessing the our sites through ftp? I was impressed with the shopping cart (even with the limitations) in the demo mode, but right now I'm less then impressed. I read lots of good things about this program before I shelled out the cash. I submitted a trouble ticket in regards to the bulk uploads and ftp but I haven't heard anything since I responded to a question on Wed afternoon.

Any info from the developers or others here on what's going on would be greatly appreciated.

The batch upload applet requires the latest java components. you can download them at www.java.com. This fixes the problem 99% of the time.
