Two Footers?

I just realized our site has two footers with copyright and trademark info.

See our homepage at http://www.pipsqueakers.com/ . I never noticed the bottom one before especially the link with "....powered by 3D cart" .

I can not find anywhere in the admin panel, to edit either one or both. Suggestions????

On 2.2 a copyright statement was added so that you don't have to make it part of your footer. You can either a) Remove the copyright from the footer, and use the new copyright field
or b) change the text from the new copyright field from (Settings->Design->Store language)

I just updated ours to 2007.
However, is there a way to make the space following 2007 a bit longer?
