Welcome Guest

Couple questions about the "Welcome". I see it in the frame code, but it doesn't show up on my site. Am I supposed to enable it somewhere?

Also does it change from "Welcome Guest" to "Welcome Fred" for a return visitor? And would Fred have to log in first or not?

I didn't have to do anything. It just shows up after logging in.

OK, now why didn't I know that? Believe it or not I guess I never logged in.

Now is there a way to have it read, "Welcome Guest", until the customer logs in, at whch time it changes to "Welcome Fred".
