Problem importing options

I've been unable to reach live chat for the past couple of days, so I've started a ticket, but if anyone can answer this and faster I'd appreciate it. Every time I try to import my option list I get the following:

Error: Wrong format!
Invalid Field: featurecaption = category_id

This happens even if I export the options, then re-import without changing anything.

If anyone else has this problem, here's the answer:

"You need to completely delete that CATEGORY_ID column, that's just in the export and it's not used for the import."
