If you click all products, the software will pick items at random and place them on the home page. If you do not, instead it grabs any item which has "home special" checked. The random makes it so your home is different each time....after all who wants to see the same items on special over, and over, and over

If you check all products, the related products are random from any items in the store. You could have Batteries showing as a related product to a DVD movie. I guess its kind of useless unless you sell all related items. Ie. All cooking items. If you do not check it, it will use random products from the same categorie. The idea is that if you are looking at wooden spoons, other wooden spoons display.

These are the ones that show up in My account, when a customer logs in. Note that the system already removes products that the customer purchased, so that it only offers them items they never tried in the past.

This is the view cart page, you can specify how many products display in that page. If you put 4 and you have 3 columns setup, there will be 2 rows of items, 1 with 3 and one with 1.
