Formatting of text in "Text Box"

My store includes options for personalization of invitations. I noticed while testing my options, that when a customer enters his/her wording in the text box I've created, it comes to me (via the email) kind of lumped together. Basically, there are no line breaks. As is often the case with invitations, certain things need to be on their own lines. If I need to, I can guess how the customer wants me to format their invite, but I'd rather there be the capability for them to indicate where they want the line breaks. Is this possible now? If not, does anyone have any suggestions on ways I can make it easier for me and the customer to get their know details such as this?
