Webstats

Can anyone explain to me why when I look at my hourly webstats for today it lists visits from 12AM - 8PM, and it is only 2:45 PM here. My only thought is that the timing is set up wrong, but I can't find anywhere where this could be rectified. Thoughts?

it is probably the time of the server, not the time of your local computer
