Is there a way to place the "Featured product" to a specific place on the home page? and on other page

now it shown at the bottom of the home page

Yes, you would need to do this in the home.html page. Just make sure you edit the correct one based on which template set you are using. Once you have the correct home.html open do a search for the section which I believe is

<!--START: FEATURE_MENU-->

then move the entire block to the location you want it to appear. You may need to do additional formatting depending on where you move it to.

You would then copy this block to the other page and location you want this section to appear on.
