The checkout pages on my site have been incredibly slow and freezing up. Is anyone else having this problem? I've had a few customers tell me that the site just freezes when they try to get past the billing page. I just tested it my self and it just froze as well.
The admin site is often very slow at saving pages as well. I usually have to click 'stop' on the browser and keep trying to submit the page several times until it goes through.
I've had this problem as well from time to time. It requires a reboot or a reset on your server where your cart is hosted. Something is hung or not responding and a reset usually fixes the problem.
