Paypal related problem with international orders?

For several months now we have been losing international sales because when customers enter their zip code it wont work, we use web payments pro running in the backend, if a customer emails us and tells us they have a problem we seem to bypass this by having them enter a 0 to the beginning or end of their zip code, 3dcart says this is a paypal issue not a 3dcart issue however i dont see how that can be.

Anyone else having this bug?

I'm not seeing a ticket that existed for you in the system. This is a simple fix and I am closing this thread and opening a ticket for you so that we can take care of this issue.
