Note that sending USPS an email doesnt mean the account was upgraded right away, it may take a few days. If you have waited at least 24-48 hours, then please update the ticket or create a new ticket and we'll take a look. I would like you to try to add a US method, ie, Priority, and try that, as that will tell us if its specific to International Methods or, all methods.
If the account is not yet activated, then no methods will show. If you get US methods but not international, that seems like a different issue, perhaps the type of package (weight) is too high, or too low, for that method.
