Fraud Protection with Merchant Accounts

I currently use Paypal's Website Payments Pro which does not offer any type of fraud protection. I was told by a PayPal customer service rep that they look at Website Payments Pro users as a risk, and I should do whatever I can to cover myself.

What type of merchant account do you have, and does it offer any form of fraud protection? What do you do to help protect yourself from fraud?
