A few features I would love...
1) When in the admin area and looking at your product list, a way to be able to sort the product list by newer/older. Meaning, if I am working on putting in a bunch of new products withing thousands of products, and I leave the site and come back to it and pull up my product list, I want to be able to sort the products so I see the last products I entered first and easily.
2) Getting to the help desk while inside the admin area of my site it a simple click of a button, why is there not a simple way to get to the message boards? Can a button be added to the help desk to be able to easily taken to the message boards?
