Gift Certificate changes...

1. Rather than create multiple Gift Certificates with different denominations and having the customer receive more than one code when they order multiple gift certificates have it set up to allow any dollar amount the customer would like to enter.

2. Code the Checkout pages so the discount code text box, the shipping options and ship to information and tax don't display if the only item being purchased is a Gift Certificate.

3. Add a name and comment field to the manual gift certificate entry page to make it easier to track manually created gift certificates. Settings > Payments > Gift Certificates.
