Partial Shipments & Multipy Tracking Numbers

It makes no sense to me that only one tracking number can be entered. It defeats the purpose of partial shipments.

I would like to see more than one tracking number be allowed to be entered, particularly when as an admin I select partial shipment.

I asked the live tech support, and was told it couldn't. But it can.

you first have to split the shipments up into how ever many...

after you do that, when you click on the order number, you will get a screen, where on the top right there are X number of shipments. Click on any of those to enter individual info.

Thanks for the reply. Just logged back into the forum after several days. Anyway, how do you split the shipments up into multiple shipments?

when you click on your order, underneath items, there is an "S". clicking on that will split the shipments. Thing is, is I'm not sure how to recombine the shipments afterwards...

Why would you want to recombine the shipments afterwards?

..if you screwed up and accidentally split them.
