Default import CC number into StoneEdge

With StoneEdge processing returns are a snap if the CC number is imported. With our 3DCart it is not importing the full number. Why not? Do we have a 3DCart or StoneEdge setting wrong? If not I am requesting this feature.

STeve,

I think I read over on the Stone Edge forums that if you have your cards authorized and captured on 3d, it does not send the full card number to SE. Apparently, if you have them authorized only, it will send them.

Mine is doing the same thing, only importing the last 4. Assuming the above is true, I also put the request in to change the SE script to send the full info.

We haven't gotten that far yet, so I didn't know that was going to be a problem. We too use SE on our current Monster site, and I agree--doing returns is very easy! I hope I don't have to give that up! Can that change be implemented?

Any comment from 3DC on this?

It would be a welcome addition to have a setting that allows the full CC to be passed to SE with using the integration but charging the CC at time of order. The default could be set to the way it is now and if necessary a check box in the admin panel could handle the change.

FWIW, I just processed my first partial return on an order placed through 3d. Authorize.net did the refund fine with just the last 4 number.

I still would like the entire number passed, we do a lot of repeat orders and this saves some hassle on charging new orders.
