I also hope there are significant improvements with the Phone Order functionality. The current process is really bad.

yes, there is, version 3.0
It is still being tested, with more merchants being added every day, not quite ready to be released to everyone yet.

I will close this thread as its original purpose was to discuss the feature list proposed. We will create a new thread in the next couple of days with demo links and more information on the new version.
