Product Review Wish List

I would like to see a way to easily access the new product reviews that come in. Currently, we have to wade through all of them to approve new ones, and in my case, getting them to load is VERY slow. It would be nice to only pull up the new ones that have not yet been approved--it would seem they would load much faster.

how about an email that has the review and "click here to approve" and "click here to deny"

that way user reviews is only one click through an email.
