search SSL or IIS? enable 3 character searches on forum

i can't search the forums for ssl because of the search limitations.

if google can find the letter a:

Results 1 - 10 of about 15,710,000,000 for a. (0.09 seconds)

i think it should be ok to change the settings in vbulletin

FWIW, you can usually trick the 3 letter limit with a wildcard, e.g. ssl* or *ssl.

well i just did a search for ssl* and *ssl and it comes back with no result
