Password Change

Every so often when you have to change your admin password it would be nice to have a "Verify New Password" box to mirror the new password just typed in.

I have fat fingers and my typing is sloppy.

yes, very risky putting in a password without verifying that it is typed corrrectly

ALSO

1. how about having usernames without numbers in them!?
2. change password every 45 days??? UGH, I'd like to turn that off! almost everyone i talk to says they end up just making a sequential password when you have to change it so often (password1, password2, password3)
