Has anyone seen their website reviewed on this site? We just got our first review and it's a customer complaining about a restocking fee even though we clearly state our restocking fee on the website.

yes that is a popular site. similar to bizrate.com

you can't stop it, best thing you can do is maybe make it more clear or try to work with your customers
