"Order By" Changes Page Address to Dynamic?

I've noticed that using the 'Order By' (name, newest, oldest etc) feature to sort the product's causes the page address to switch to the dynamic version from the html version.

Not only will this confuse customers but doesn't this mean that the SE's will pick up on the dynamic addresses also?

Is there a way to turn this "Order By" function off?

The 2.1 update will address this.

As of right now however, you dont need to worry as Spiders will not spider links like that (As they work only if you have javascript turned on, the spiders only follow links that are in the proper format. Ie. < a href="...." >)
