OrderMotion

Is ther anywhere online where i can see a detailed description of all the OrderMotion settings under >Plugins>OrderMotion?
I am setting up our new store and want to make sure to configure this correctly. Also, is there a way to test the connection w/o placing an actual order?
Any help will be much appreciated. I will be calling support tomorrow if i don't hear anything.
