Stone Edge Question

For some reason, our orders are not importing the published weight into UPS. When we print a packing slip, we have to manually add the weight each time. We didn't have this problem with our old Monster site, so I'm wondering if there is a setting that I've missed.

Do you see the published weight in the Order Manager? Are you using WorldShip or the Order Manager's native UPS shipping system? Is UPS getting the Actual Weight instead of Published Weight, or no weight at all?

No, the published weight does not import.

We are using Order Manager's UPS shipping.

No, UPS isn't getting anything--the page pops up, and we have to manually enter the weight in order to proceed.

I'm not sure why you are not getting the weights. Please contact our (Stone Edge's) support staff for help with this.
