How to redirect old links?

Potential future customer here...

I have a Yahoo! store now with several thousand links in google. An obvious challenge of moving a store is all of the new broken links. Is there a way to upload a mass redirect list? Each product has a product ID that is part of the URL at the current site. So I'd need to redirect:

Old Cart:
http://sitename.com/partnumber-seo-o...-site-url.html

to

New Cart:
http://sitename.com?productdisplay.php?pid=partnumber

Or something along those lines.
