Do you have any kind of API that would allow me to use my own program to download orders and upload order information? Or is there some way to do this using the existing import options (i did not see it)

There is a way to download orders, as well as update order tracking information. We also have an API that can be invoked via http which uses XML to extract product info, order info, and update order status should you want to create your own script to interact with the 3dCart database.
