Problem importing products

Every time I try to import my products from a csv file, I get this error message:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: 'Counter'

/admin/import_products.asp, line 710

I put in a ticket, it was fixed, and now 2 days later I'm having the same problem again. Anyone else have this happen??? Figures I've set aside some time this weekend to work on this, and now I can't get anything done.

Tech support to the rescue! I must say, I am SO impressed by the level of service from 3D--they fixed the problem right away, and on the weekend!

Amen to that. I can't count the times I've put in a ticket and have it resolved the same day. The service is great.
