Shopping cart placement

I found a template I like, but the cart appears on the wrong side bar. Any way to change the position and which side bar the cart, new releases, etc which side they appear on?

This can be done by editing the frame.html file. Just make sure you are editing the correct template dependent upon which one you have specified in the admin panel.
