but when i try to set it the image just place as title

i think they use 2 image for there background?
or they just strech the bottom of the image the dark blue part all the way down the page. how do i do it

What they are doing is having one image repeat horizontally, not vertically and then setting a background to black (or close to it) which matches the color the blue fades to. You can find the image by right clicking and selecting "view background image" or you can probably just paste this link into your browser: http://www.topcosales.us/_images/page_background.jpg
