  • PayPal Pro Processing question

I use PAYPAL for all of my credit card orders. It works great and I've never had a problem.

But today I got this message from a customer

"I placed my first-time order, inv#CC8064 -why did I have to enter my credit card info twice? This just seemed a little strange to me. Hope it only charged one price"

Does anyone know if the customer really has to enter their info twice?

    Thanks

We use paypal processing and have for over a year now. Nobody has ever had to enter their credit card information twice.

I can't imagine why they would have needed to enter their cc info twice. It doesn't sound good though. Either the customer did something wrong, or something fishy is going on. My thoughts on it at least.

      paypal

i know this is a late reply but i was in texas working on relief effort for ike. Whenever a customer sends me a query like that i always go to my paypal page and then send an email telling them what i found out.
It is possible that your checkout page has both options open, paypal or process credit card thru your cart.
