    I’m new here but I’ve been in the software business for many years. I saw a recent post that compelled me to give my two cents……….

    We’re all here because we did our homework and decided 3dcart had the best; we decided by viewing their demo, support tickets, rates, their competitors and their forum that they had the best offering. While I admit the 3dcart can be improved, I’ve accepted that most shortcomings will show in a future release. That said, if something is missing, put in an enhancement request. If you have real defect, submit a ticket and be so compelling in your description that you’ll get noticed. I’ve never met any of the 3dcart support staff other than through email, but they are very responsive and take pride in what they do….just like all of us.
