  • How do I process an RMA for an older order?

    A customer called, purchased in June, asked if we'd do an exchange.

    Normally, our return policy is 30 days, but for this order, we decided to make an exception.

    We tried to create the RMA, but received the error message:

    Error Occured
    The return period for one or more items has expired.


    Is this a 3DCart limitation, or is there something we have to change on our back end?

    ********Nevermind, I should have checked internally, this limit is found under Store Module, if anyone else wondered too!**************
