  • No Order Confirm for Customers

    My store is not sending "order received" confirmation emails to my customers. I have the option selected to auto send on New and Shipped. I am receiving my notification of a new order. Anyone know of something I may not have activated?

    Ugh....cancel that. Once I removed our 'reply to address' in the email edit and did a test it allowed the order email to go through. However, I do not want the from name to show as merely 'sales' how can I correct this?
