  • Support Slowdown?

    Is anyone else having a problem with support? We have submitted 4 tickets in the past 2 weeks and have not even received an acknowledgement much less response.

      That has not been my experience.
      You can log on the 3dcart support system and check your settings for e-mail. You can also submit tickets there and review the status.

        We haven't noticed a change. Pretty good as usual.

          Posting in the forum got some attention. Support responded with phone call as promised and is researching why we have not been getting Support Ticket Acknowledgements, why one of our admin shortcuts suddenly and intermittently takes one to an expired cookie page from any page except Home, and as soon as the Ticket problem is solved-have promised to get our email MX records redirected. Apparently we just fell into a programming crack somewhere. Having sold high end machine tool path graphics, mid level ERP, and document management progams, I live in fear of the dreaded "upgrades". Im a "if it's not broke, don't fix it" and "KISS" subscriber.

            We have had support answering quite quickly. They don't always solve the problems, but response from them has not been a problem.

            We are still trying to get our new premium template functioning properly, but alas not yet.
