    Still having ZERO sales

    Good Morning,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Fernando Panjoj and I’m the CCO for 3DCart. My goal is to ensure that your experience with the 3DCart was positive and that we were able to address your concerns.

Please accept my apology for any inconvenience that you may have encountered through out this process. I understand that you’re having some concerns about your sales. If you like, I can have one of my SEO/PPC Marketing specialist contact you and see if there’s some sort of resolution to your concerns.

Are we able to contact you with the information that we have on file? If so, what’s the best time that we can contact you?

    Sincerely,
    Fernando Panjoj

          what is the url?
          what are you selling?
did you transfer to 3dcart from an existing store? or is this new?
          how old is your domain?
what have you been doing with social media, via facebook, twitter etc?

Maybe we can give better direction after knowledge.

          Thanks R.W.

Once the url is posted we can help :) But everything takes time and effort. We've been online since 2000, and with 3d since 2008. It's a good cart. If your site is new, how are people finding it besides the banner on the celebrity site and the blog? Do you have a ppc plan going? Do you have organic keywords already in the Search Engines? Being found is a key point. That will definitely help with sales.

There are many reasons why sites do well or not so well. To simplify this, look at 2 factors, visitors and conversion.

Are people getting to your site? If they are, are they converting?

Sometimes it is hard to visualize 'real' people coming and visiting your store. Think about adding a service like this: Provide Support ® - Live Chat Software for Live Support and Live Help

I strongly recommend it. Not necessarily to communicate with your visitors, but to watch and learn.

It is very possible to build a successful store if you continually learn and and improve your traffic and conversions.

I am not in here much but I do enjoy helping new businesses start out. If you have specific Q's for me, feel free to PM me.

              Good luck!

              Rob

August is our WORST month, because of end of summer vacations and back to school activities. Can go a couple days without a sale.

We use provide support, and the info it gives is very useful. You could also look into the Google Analytics real time info as well.
