  • No Tech Support Today?

    THIS POST IS ADDRESSED TO WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE:

    I guess there is no Tech Support today. I called a few times and was caller number 8 in que and caller number 10 in que etc.

    I sat on hold for about 30 minutes and got all the way down to caller number 2 in que from 8 in que, then it kicked me back in the cycle and I got a message that I was caller number 10 in que. (What gives?)

    I left a message with my phone number about 4 hours ago, but still have not gotten a call back.

    I called sales and left a message with them. I was assured they would pass it on to a supervisor, but that was about 3 hours ago, still no return call.

    Please advise.

      Phones

      That happened to me once too. Frustrating! They recently announced down time for upgrading the phone system. Was that today?

            Be thankful your not on Volusion with a premium support option. CS is non existent.

            Last week I switched to Volusion, after 3 days I came back to 3D Cart. 3D Cart seems to want to loose my business than retain it and I will happily oblige them after almost 4 years.
