            Ours was down also.

But, I do remember a system message giving us a heads up about some service and down time. I just don't remember the date since the message was in the form of a pop up.

Since Site Down seems to be very common, it would be nice for 3dcart to play an active part in monitoring the sites on their servers.
I would even be willing to pay a little extra for them to proactively fix site slowness and server delays etc..

However, I see how it would be awkward to offer such a service, since there is a 99.99% up time guarantee.

Well today our site is up, but our email is down. Sigh. I guess if I have to pick one or the other to be up, I'd rather it be the website up and email down. To be fair, though, we haven't had any problems with site downtime in a long while.

                  Mail down here also.

Ticket open says they are aware of it and working on it. frustrating because we're trying to get things wrapped up for the weekend sale but, as was already mentioned, at least the site is up.

I use Pingdom to monitor uptime. It's free to monitor one site - the service sends a ping every 5 minutes and alerts you to downtime, plus you get reports that can be useful for those times when you submit a ticket saying your site's down, only to be told "your site seems to be working fine."

Our site is down and they basically blew me off. No team leads available to speak to me, they don't know why it's happening and they will issue a support ticket. They said, " we take this very seriously" but apparently not enough to get someone on the phone and explain why I'm losing out on a good deal of revenue.

I'm definitely not happy right now.

See my thread if the general configuration forum. I had the same problem recently.

Download a web monitor app. I ended up using Uptime Robot, but everyone else uses Pingbot. I was told to get proof that my site was down as 3dcart does zero monitoring. I was then able to phone and escalate.

                        Good luck.

Yes, our site has been going up and down for three days now. Thoroughly disgusted right now.

First and foremost, we apologize for any problems you may be experiencing. Having your site go offline can be very frustrating, and our team is here to help any way we can.
This may seem like a dumb question, but have you both tried calling 3dcart support to discuss (1-800-828-6650)? If not, give us a ring as soon as you can. One of our specialists will be happy to work on the issue until it's resolved.
Thanks for your patience, and we hope to hear from you soon.
                            Take care,
