I normally do not price myself as the cheapest even among all the google results for the product number. I often look at my top competitors and either go inline with them or a few cents cheaper. I also factor in giving free shipping on that item if they do no. That way I offer more then they do for the same money. We have stopped racing to the bottom on prices, it will not net a good result over the long haul. I want to be fair on price and consistent on service and it will build a following in the market I am selling to.

Do you get good results with the items that you mark as "Free Shipping"?

I used to. RIght not i am not getting any results... We have flat lined in sales. We are down 90% compared to last year and even the first 2 months we were on 3dcart. I am getting close to panic stage right now. We are not really setup to keep a float with so few sales.

You might check out https://moz.com/ it is a very helpful sight for SEO,

I just visited your site, one thing I noticed immediately is the survey you ask for right away. I would get rid of that or time it for a longer pop up time. The first impression a buyer gets of your website should not be a survey. IMHO. I hope sales pick up for you very soon.

That pop up is actually set only to show once a user is about to abandon the site, but I don't even get it to pop when I am on the site.

I actually have a pro membership on MOZ rightnow so I have been working with it a bit trying to learn it while my free trial is active. I have 2.5 months left on the trial. I just added a H1 tag to the home page which is our top linked page.

I am going to work on some content additions to category pages and redoing the copy on the product pages of our most popular pages from adwords and search queries. I have been trying to develop a plan of attack for optimization and marketing so that I can get it all knocked out before summer ends. fall and winter are our peak seasons.
