  • Anyone having problems with the ticket system?

    Every time I try to access the 3d cart ticket system, I get the following message. I don't think it's my domain that is having the problem, because even if I access it without loggin in, I get the same message

    Anyone at 3D want to fix this?

    ERROR (2): Domain does not match license key file domain (onlinesupportweb.com), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
    This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.

    Let me know if you still get that error with that url.

      Still not working

      Hey Gonzalo,

      Yes, I am. I'm not getting the error message in the header, but I am geting an invalid username. It's the same one I've been using since day 1.

      Also, the 'News' box on my admin dashboard is now giving me an error. (see below)

        FYI: We can't see the NEWS box in any of our admin panels, either. It's restricted access.

            support center still giving errors.

            The news box is now working okay for us, but I still can't access the support center.

              We used to have 2 URLS, onlinesupportweb.com is having a problem, but the support.3dcart.com works fine.

                Still doesn't work

                Here's my problem. When I click on the 'Help Desk' link in my admin panel it takes me to

                http://support.3dcart.com/index.php

                However, even though the autologin has been working in the past, it no longer does. AND when I try to log in, I'm getting and invalid username and password. I can't take this issue to a ticket, because I can't access my tickets.

                How can I be getting an invalid username and password when it's the one I've been using forever?

                  The Help Desk link in the Admin Panel doesn't work for us either. The problem is the link directs you to onlinesupportweb, which is not working. We get a security error if we try to use that link.
                  So, you cannot use the "auto-login" feature.
