    Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

    Why is it that when I split and order into 2 or more separate shipments and then download the orders to import into Worldship and Endicia, that there is no shipping information at all in the shipping address fields? Since about 50% of our orders are split into 2 or more shipments, what used to take me 30 minutes at most, to scan my order bar codes and produce my shipping labels has now become a long tedious job of hand typing every one of these shipping addresses.

    The same is true for updating the tracking numbers. If a shipment is split, I then have to go into each order and update the tracking number for each individual shipment.

    There should be some way to append the individual shipments with -1, -2, -3 or something, so that this process is more automated.

    I used to spend 2-3 hours a day processing and shipping orders. Now it has become a full time job for one of my employees and this is NOT a good selling point for this cart. What money I am saving on the cart is costing me at least twice as much on employee salary.

    Any assistance anyone can give me with this would be greatly appreciated.
