  • Shipping - Canada Post

    I'm trying to enter my Canada Post credentials under Settings - Shipping - Shipping Settings. I enter my retailer ID as provided by Canada Post, but 3d cart is telling me I have to contact Canada Post for my retailer ID, which I have. Has anyone else encountered this? Or can talk me through setting up Canada Post in 3d cart?

      I have. Canada Post says everything works on their end, they have even reset my account. 3dcart says it's a Canada Post error. I'm guessing I've set something up wrong in my shipping settings with Canada Post, but I've tripled checked everything according to the user guide they sent me by email. CP won't help me... ah the frustration!
