    Hey all,

    After several tries through the Ticket system, I'm reaching out to anyone who might have some ideas ...

    I setup a store for my client and we went live a couple months ago. In that time, I've had at least 4 reports from them that their customers got shipping notification emails on carts they never completed. Like, they went through the store, found a few products, added them to their cart and then ... walked away, I guess ... closed their browser. These carts show up in the incomplete orders listing in the 3dcart admin.

    For some reason ... 3dCart sent a shipping notification several days later to these unsuspecting folks, which obviously confused them.


    My client's not pleased that their new e-commerce system is confusing their customers and frankly I don't blame them.

    Anyone have anything like this happen to them?

      I saw that after this thread was posted. I tried calling but sat on hold for 20 minutes and ultimately gave up on waiting.

      If it's fixed, that's great. I'd been told it was fixed before, so hopefully you can understand my desire to cast a wider net by posting to the forum.

        No worries. Just making sure that you got the response :)

        I apologize for the hold times when you called. We are in our busiest time of year so there may be times when the call volume exceeds our capacity. What you could do is always submit a ticket or request someone give you a call and we can do so.
