Distributor email

Hi,

Can anyone tell me exactly how the distributor GETS the new order? Do I have to custom write each email to include item, wholesale price and ship to address? Or is this somehow sent to the distributor "magically"? It doesn't seem to be working out. None of my distributors are getting anything except the email that says someone has purchased......no details.

Exactly WHAT do vendors receive via email??? I have set up everything according to the "guide".

Go to SETTINGS>GENERAL>DISTRIBUTORS and then EDIT. Check the box on the bottom to send a new order email. You then can copy the text code from the distributor email into this box. Edit the details, etc. However, you cannot use wholesale cost in this email. To test this functionality you can put your own email address in the distributors email address section to review the emAils
