Printing Checkout question and answers on picklist

just to be clear, you want the checkout questions & answers to appear on the Packing Slip?

I really only want question 2 and the answer on the packing slip but seems as though they come as a package deal.

update: Ticket was created. appears to not be capable of printing checkbox values for the answer.

I have two checkout questions, both check boxes. 1 is required, the other is not.. I copied the code from the invoice to the packing slip but I think it's only printing the questions and not the checkbox value? What can I expect for a checkbox value?
