  • RMA's not emailed???

    When you update a RMA to processing why don't the customers get a email stating that their RMA has been modified or responded too just like the CRM? I know that customers get notified in their account, but we are having customers submitting RMA's and asking questions in the RMA. Then when we respond they never get notified that we have responded so they email us the same question.

    How are you guys running your RMA's?
