  • mobile site traffic down since upgrade

On July 6 we finally figured out how to set up our Google Analytics code so it began tracking properly. By July 9, it showed we were getting over 100 visits a day from mobile devices. This high mobile traffic continued until July 19 when we activated the mCommerce Module and inserted the Auto Detect Script to our frame. After July 19, according Google Analytics, our mobile traffic dropped down to less than 10 hits a day.

I'm extremely new to mCommerce and don't really even know what we should be expecting, but something seems funny here. Were the results probably over-inflated for some reason prior to our activating the mCommerce Module, or do you think we've done something wrong?

    Thanks, Mimib

Your analytics code might not be on the mobile template.
