  • Reply to in Emails

    I am hoping someone has come up with a solution for this. We've modified our contact us page via the example in the KB: https://support.3dcart.com/index.php...barticleid=495 -- this works great except for one small issue, when you go to respond the email address is our own, not the customers. So, we have to cut, copy and paste their address into the reply field. We've worked with ASPEmail before and usually there is a tag you can add that will set the reply to field to the other person's address. We haven't gotten this to work.

    Anybody have a solution?

    Thanks!

    It's a pain in the rear for us too, wish I knew of a way to fix it. :(

        I have a form on my Rental webpage built using the aspsendmail form. When messages come through the reply-to is automatically set to that in the email address field the customer enters. Try making sure you have an "email" field in the form:

        Code:
        <input type="text" class="form-input" name="email" id="email">
