    My apologies if this has been answered before, but the forum won't let me search using CRM as a term...

    Whenever we receive a CRM ticket notification by email, it includes customer name and subject, but does not include the phone number or customer email address that gets captured (and is available in the CRM module).

    Does anyone know how to add those field to the email notification? If I am out of the office for an extended period, it is preferable to respond by email or call a customer than to have the CRM request sit there because I have no contact details.
